Kathy has been with our office since 1986. Kathy has worked as our front desk coordinator, optometric assistant, insurance billing coordinator, and as office manager. She became a NYS Licensed Optician in 1997, giving her the added expertise to assist in all areas of our practice. Kathy also covers for those employees that are ill or on vacation. She truly loves her family, singing and she has a laugh that is contagious. Kathy goes above and beyond making our office feel like a true family. Her wonderful personality and great attitude are a big reason why our patients return year after year. Kathy was born in Camden and presently lives there with her husband Ron, they have five grown children.
	Chelsey is a very important member of our staff in many ways. Chelsey came to us with valuable experience and knowledge in the optical field.  In her position as office manager, she devotes many hours to the daily activities of Camden, Mexico, & Oneida to ensure that everything works smoothly in each office.  Any questions that you have concerning billing, insurance, or special needs can be answered by Chelsey. Under Dr. Poulin's supervision she has completed an apprenticeship program to become a NYS Licensed Optician.  She's also American Board of Opticianry certified, is a graduate and Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry.  Chelsey owns and operates the EyeCare Center of Mexico.   She puts the needs of the office first and foremost and isn't afraid of rolling up her sleeves and doing what needs to be done. Chelsey's great personality and professionalism are indispensable to our office! Chelsey resides in Camden along with her husband Brian and their children Samuel & Sophia.
	Greg has been in the optical profession since 1985, and has been at the Eyecare Center of Camden since 1990.  He is a NYS Licensed Optician, is American Board of Opticianry certified, and is a graduate and former Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry.  With 20+ years of dispensing experience, Greg's even-keeled patience, skill, and professionalism ensure that he is able to provide fashionable, comfortable-fitting eyewear for patients from age 9 months to over 90 years old.  He has even been  known to make“house call" deliveries and perform after-hour emergency repairs!  Greg is an experienced contact lens wearer, laser vision correction client, and has tried corneal molding. Representing the fourth and fifth generations, of his family to live in Camden, he and his wife, Michelle, daughters, Katrina and Amanda, live in town.  When he is not at work, Greg enjoys pursuing physical fitness, outdoor recreation, and reading, as well as spending time with his family.
	Joanne is probably the first person that you will speak to or see when you come to our Camden office. She has seventeen years experience at the front desk, and can help you with any questions that you may have concerning billing, insurance, and appointment scheduling. Jo is also an expert at contact lens training, and can assist all new contact wearers with proper insertion, removal and care of their contact lenses. Being able to do multiple tasks is key to being a receptionist, and Jo is great at handling all of our patients needs! The most important things to Jo are her loving family; her son Tim II, daughter Jolynn & husband Matt, granddaughters Caitlee, Madison, Hannah and Riley.  Joanne is a Camden native, and she and her husband Tim live in town.
	Adja has been an important member of our staff in the Camden office since the spring of 2001. She began working with patients performing the pre-testing required to get a thorough exam. Adja is currently assisting Dr. Poulin with some of our newest projects which include, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) & updating the EyeCare Centers of CNY website. She now accompanies Dr. Poulin while he performs the examination and enters in the appropriate data and assists when necessary. Adja prides herself in getting to know each patient and making them feel as comfortable as possible. Her smile and cheerful attitude will help to put you at ease, and her professionalism will ensure an accurate and thorough examination. Adja, her husband Scott & son Ty, reside in Redfield.
	Lydia, the newest member to join our staff, recently  bagan working in our  Camden & Mexico offices in May of this year, and brings with her a background in the optical field.  She performs all of the preliminary test that helps the Doctors obtain an accurate prescription for your eye glasses and or contact lenses. She also performs eye health test such as visual fields and fundus photography that helps ensure the health of every patients eyes.
