The eye doctors of the EyeCare Centers of CNY have had a presence in the Oneida area for over 30 years. Dr. Jerry Baker came to Oneida in 1973 as an associate of Dr. Schiele Brewer. They practiced along side Dr. John Griffin at their Main St. location until 1986.
Dr. Poulin began practicing in the Oneida area in 1975 as an associate of Dr. Jan Jannen, the successor to Dr. Richard Bennett. Dr. Poulin bought the Broad St. practice in 1983. In 1986 Drs. Baker, Brewer, Poulin and Griffin merged and moved the practice to the newly renovated EyeCare Center on South Main St.
The years 2004 & 2005 brought about more excitement as Drs. Baker, & Poulin along with their staff welcomed Dr. Brandi Coleman and Dr. David J. Vinci respectively.
