Dr. Jerry Baker is very pleased to congratulate Dr. David Vinci, a Rome native, on becoming the owner of the EyeCare Center of Rome.  Dr. Vinci brings his excellent clinical skills and a strong background in patient care to the practice.  Dr. Vinci, who was welcomed to the office in 2005, is treating patients in Rome along with the previous owner, Dr. Jerry Baker.  The history of the office began in 1983 with Dr. Baker working in the office of Dr. Schiele A. Brewer.  Dr. Baker eventually moved the practice into the office of Dr. Harold Lloyd, and founded the EyeCare Center of Rome after Dr. Lloyd's retirement in 1996.  Dr. Baker later moved the EyeCare Center to its current, more spacious location at 1300 Floyd Avenue.
