Chelsey is a very important member of our staff in many ways. Chelsey came to us with valuable experience and knowledge in the optical field.  In her position as office manager, she devotes many hours to the daily activities of Camden, Mexico, & Oneida to ensure that everything works smoothly in each office.  Any questions that you have concerning billing, insurance, or special needs can be answered by Chelsey. Under Dr. Poulin's supervision she has completed an apprenticeship program to become a NYS Licensed Optician.  She's also American Board of Opticianry certified, is a graduate and Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry.  Chelsey owns and operates the EyeCare Center of Mexico.   She puts the needs of the office first and foremost and isn't afraid of rolling up her sleeves and doing what needs to be done. Chelsey's great personality and professionalism are indispensable to our office! Chelsey resides in Camden along with her husband Brian.
	Mary has been with the EyeCare Center since 2002. She has worked in the optical field since 1987, and has been a NYS licensed optician for most of that time. She takes great pride in providing our patients with the newest in lens and frame technology and the latest in fashion eyewear. Mary lives in Verona with her husband, Donald, and their 2 children.
	Kelly came to us in October, 2003 as our  Front Desk Coordinator. She is the first person you will speak to when you call or stop in to our Oneida office. Kelly's duties include scheduling appointments, billing insurances, and handling any questions that you may have regarding your visit to our office.  Kelly has also began learning more about helping with the preliminary testing that patients recieve during their pretesting, and inserting that data into the Electronic Medical Records.   Her down to earth personality, combined with the utmost in professional customer service have made Kelly an integral addition to our staff. Kelly resides in Verona with her two children, Amanda and Andrew.
	Donna has been a key member of our staff since 1991. She currently serves as the front desk and insurance coordinator, and Dr. Baker's office manager in his Oneida office. She is a former contact lens wearer (both hard and soft) and had corrective laser surgery in 1996, so she can help with questions about either. She is very knowledgeable about the many types of vision overage that are available today, and can assist you with any questions in this area also. She lives in Sherrill with her husband, Bob. They have three grown daughters.
	Cindy has been a pre-test assistant in the EyeCare Center of Oneida since 2000. She also assists at the front desk, coordinates the contact lens inventory, and helps in the spectacle lens fabrication and finishing lab. She specializes in making everyone feel comfortable during his or her eye exams, especially our youngest patients. She lives in Oneida with her husband, David. They have four sons.
	Paula has been a member of our staff since 1999, handling all of our bookkeeping needs, as well as many other functions that help to keep our office running efficiently. When she is not behind a calculator, she works in the spectacle lens fabrication and finishing lab, where her attention to detail and accuracy prove to be a great asset.  Although you may never meet Paula, she is an important part of our "behind the scenes" staff that make our practice patient friendly. Paula and her husband Tom live in Sherrill with their sons David, Andrew & Matthew.
	Doris has been working for Dr. Baker since 1981, and like most of our staff, has worn many hats in the office. She currently works part time as a contact lens technician and scheduling coordinator. She is an expert in assisting first time contact lens wearers in learning how to place the lenses on their eyes and remove them. Doris lives in Oneida with her husband, Mike They have three grown daughters.
