Kristen has been an integral member with our office since 2000.  Kristen does many different tasks in the office.  Under Dr. Vinci's supervision, in May of 2008, she completed an apprenticeship program to become  a NYS Licensed Optician . She is also American Board of Opticianry Certified, and a graduate Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry.  Kristen also serves as office manager of the Boonville office, as well as billing coordinator.  Kristen can help you with any questions that are concerning billing, insurance, frame and lens selection, appointment scheduling, and to ensure that everything works smoothly.  Kristen and her husband Darren live in Port Leyden with their two sons Dylan and Devan. Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, is an animal lover, and enjoys riding her motorcycle.

Jacqueline became a member of our staff in April of 2010. She is our
pretesting technician, and assists the Doctor in obtaining valuable
information used during the examination. A sample of some of the
pretesting procedures she will complete for you includes: Visual Field
Testing, Auto Refraction, Retinal Photography, and Visual Acuities.
Jacqueline was born in Boonville, and has been a life long resident.
Jacqueline loves spending time with her friends,and family.  She is
also a big animal lover and enjoys being outdoors.

Linda is our front desk coordinator and is the first face you see as
you enter the office.  She is quiet but friendly, and has sincere
desire to make your visit a pleasant one.  Linda is new to our office
and comes to us with prior optometric experience.  She is happy to
assist you with any questions you may have and is quick with a smile
to brighten your day.
Linda has recently moved to New York State from Pennsylvania and lives
in Forestport with her husband Paul, daughter Erin, and son Andrew.
