Kristen has been an integral member with our office since 2000.  Kristen does many different tasks in the office.  Under Dr. Vinci's supervision, in May of 2008, she completed an apprenticeship program to become  a NYS Licensed Optician . She is also American Board of Opticianry Certified, and a graduate Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry.  Kristen also serves as office manager of the Boonville office, as well as billing coordinator.  Kristen can help you with any questions that are concerning billing, insurance, frame and lens selection, appointment scheduling, and to ensure that everything works smoothly.  Kristen and her husband Darren live in Port Leyden with their two sons Dylan and Devan. Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, is an animal lover, and enjoys riding her motorcycle.
	Jennifer joined the office in September of 2008. She performs the pretesting part of the exam which includes, visual field testing, auto refraction, fundus photography and visual acuities. Jenn also assists with front desks tasks. Prior to joining the office, she worked in the county and state sectors of the Human Services field with developmentally disabled adults and children. Jennifer resides in West Leyden with her husband Russ.
	Kris is our front desk coordinator. She is the first person you will speak to when you call or visit our Boonville office. Kris has been with our office since January of 2008. She takes pride in the love she has for her job. She is happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding your visit. Kris resides in Glenfield with her husband Tim and their two daughters Brooke and Skye.
